when you have a dream and you want to make it true, the best way to act is to transform the dream in a target, then it’s necessary to write a plan with all the intermediate objectives and the final expiration date.
In this way you write the project to make your dream true.
For example if you want to lose weight there are some steps to follow
1 Feasibility study
First of all it is necessary to understand if it’s worthy to put the plan into practice:
- which you can earn in the best scenario
- what would happen in the worst scenario
- are there any risks?
- Which is their probability?
- How to reduce it?
The feasibility study includes the analysis of all the alternatives with advantages and disadvantages, for example you can choose a diet written on a important book, or you can follow an advice of a professionals or you can read a diet online in a community, or you can go to gym to do any sports, all this ways have advantages and disadvantages but you should choose one or more of them.
2 Write a plan with the expiration date and SHARE IT!!
After deciding what to do you should write an action plan with all steps to follow and the desired objective:
Expected result: Lose 2 kg per month
Action plan: eat vegetables every day, reduce the sugar, running on Monday Wednesday Friday etc
I would tell you the advice of sharing your plan with your family or your friends in this way if you don’t respect it you became not reliable.
3 Get the correct motivation
Now you have written the plan on either paper or online, but you must act!!
If you want to lose weight but you don’t like sports and you like fat or sweet food, it’s very difficult to get fit, for this reason it’s necessary that you modify your ways of thinking
you should think that if you became thin you would have less physical problems, you would enjoy your nice body at the mirror and you would be happy if your balance shows some kg less etc.
if you are happy to think that in the future year you should have 10 kg less and you are not happy to see and to touch your actual body than you should have the strength and the motivation necessary to follow the plan and when you see a good ice cream you think that it is important to be thin and you don’t eat that food.
